Searching for an experienced Web Designer / Developer for Ongoing Business Relationship

We're a growing digital marketing agency in Nova Scotia, Canada, offering web design & marketing services for various clients in various niches. We start to get new web design clients on a regular basis, and we're looking to grow our team by building a relationship with a talented web developer.

We're looking for someone who is 'hungry' for work, highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, communicates well & regularly and can juggle multiple projects. We work a lot with pre-built templates and switching content.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and also fluent with:
- WordPress, Shopify (other CMS optional);
- CSS, HTML, PHP, Javascript & basic programming languages;
- UX/UI experience
- DNS/hosting & migrating websites;
- designing beautiful mockups, converting. PSD to HTML to WordPress;
- advanced custom fields;
- building custom themes.

We're seeking a long-term business relationship if you join our team. The job is ideal for someone dependable and independent - enjoys working with little direction, is detail-oriented and is a team player.
