Qualifications:
— Has a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment and can start immediately.
— Should have an experience in a healthcare account
— Has experience in prior authorization and insurance verification is a must
— Possess strong computer (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.
— Willing to work on shifting schedules
— Keen to detail
— Excellent data entry and typing skills
— Strong time management
— Adaptability and accountability
— Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
— Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Home Office Requirements:
— Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid (must provide a screenshot of a speed test)
— Computer (at least 8GB Ram and Intel is i5 core processor or equivalent)
— Noise Cancelling Headset
— Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI)
— Dual Monitor
