Real Estate Transaction Coordinator wtih HiCentral Matrix MLS and Zipforms experience

Fast growing US based real estate company looking for an experienced real estate transaction coordinator to help us with transactions on the buying side and also the selling side

-Experience with transaction coordination is required.
-Experience in HiCentral Matrix MLS is required.
-Tracking the dates (inspection date, closing date, etc.)
-Need to know how to use Zip forms to create offers and the MLS in the US
-Drafting purchase contracts, submitting offers to real estate agents
-Must be extremely organized and Upgrade to see actual infopensation : $3-$5/hour based on experience
