WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers
- Motivation, discipline, and coachability
- Confidence in initiating conversations with diverse individuals
- Achieve both daily, weekly & monthly quotas
- Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals

REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED:
-1+ year of inside sales experience ,cold calling experience and/or prior sales experience (real estate experience is a plus!)
-1+ year of effective, polished communication skills on the phone)
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Proficient in using technology; specifically Upgrade to see actual info preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Inspired by the opportunity to earn income based on performance
- A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations
- Experience in a high-contact, short sales cycle environment

To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Follow work schedule of - Monday - Friday 10AM - 7PM EST
* A reliable laptop/desktop with a powerful 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
* A stable internet connection (minimum 3 MBPS) to stay connected
* A reliable backup internet source (pocket wifi) to overcome any connectivity hurdles
* A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations

Compensation package:
* Earn $6-$7 USD/ Hour + Bonuses
