Vacancy Available for Facebook Moderator

We are a Malaysia-based internet marketing advertising company seeking to employ a dedicated Facebook Moderator with the following skills. You are expected to work GMT +8 (Philippine Local Time) from 12nn to 9pm (Mondays to Saturdays) for the first 3 months. Possible to change sched after.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handles customer inquiries
2. Assists/Deals with customers regarding their orders
3. Manage and review posts and comments on the page.

Requirement:
- Must be good at customer service
- Good communications skills
- Stable internet and PC specs (i5 core, 8GB RAM)
