To help as many sellers solve their real estate problems while supplying investors with the right properties to meet their goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate and Maintain High-Level Client Relationships through Phone calls and SMS
Write up offers on Properties Daily and present to the seller
Manage CRM GoHighLevel / REI Reply stages & pipelines
Fill out contracts for the manager to review and sign
Manually Send SMS to both sellers and/ or buyers


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English is a MUST
Exceptional Phone & SMS Etiquette/rapport building: Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Proven Sales or Customer Service Background
Has Worked for a Real Estate Investing Company in the Past (investing company is important, not an agency)
Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner
Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially: Self-motivated! Must be seeking Personal Upgrade to see actual infoe the CRM (GoHighLevel / REI Reply) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed: Organize and switch tasks with ease!
Computer literate. Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs, Drive and/or MS Office Suite (Word. Excel.PowerPoint)
Must be able to work the graveyard shift


JOB TYPE:
Full-time
Hourly Wage: $10 to $30 Per Hour
+ Bonuses, Incentives, and Growth Opportunity*
More than 30 hrs/week
