Hi There,

My names Matthew and I run a 5 star rated boutique Business Building Agency in Sydney, Australia call Prime Marketing. We build and sell turn key businesses for aspiring entrepreneurs in Australia and then support them with Ad Management and Coaching for the first year!

We’re looking for a creative individual who would love to take care of building Shopify Stores for us!

What you need to bring to the table:

MUST

- Basic Understanding of how drop shipping works.
- Strong Written English and ability to use Grammarly etc
- Work tech including Computer/laptop with working webcam etc, internet etc.
- Passion for Design and aesthetic website designs
- Experience in SHOPIFY building websites using themes and drag and drop (A MUST)
- Experience in building HERO images using Canva or similar.
- Experience using third party Shopify apps
- Easy going attitude and willing to learn and improv
- Want a long term job

BONUSES

- Coding Experience (not required but massive positive)

What you’ll be doing! - You’ll be building 5-7 Shopify Stores a month.

- Creating Shopify Accounts
- Linking Domains
- Designing beautiful Home Page
- Uploading Products or potentially liaising with Freelancers to upload products as per our SOPS provided to them.
- Creating a Brand Story using Chat GPT
- Design a Logo and Business using AI apps (super easy)
- Building Shopify home pages ( Using Drag & Drop Themes and Templates)
- Setting up product pages (follow our sops)
- Contacting Australian Supplier via Email get them working with us and signing contract with them on behalf of the business owner buying the business for us.
- Setting Up Google Business Emails
- Completing Handover to the customer via email providing them logins to their business to get starting
- Giving them access to our built course
- Update and tick off things as you do them on Click-up.

What you won’t be doing:

- Be micro managed by some nervous wreck boss.
- Your day will be slow paced and relaxed. That’s how we operate. You won’t be going to stupid meetings that suck the life out of you.
- Work night shift

Day in the life

9am -12:00

- say good morning to the team, let everyone know what you’re up to then Coffee, very important. Then, focused undisturbed work - Work on building the online store
12:00-1:00pm - Chill, go gym, lunch whatever, play with kids.
1:00pm-5:00pm - Continue working on build or handover of business, update boss, update CRM
5:00pm onward - chill with your family.

- Starting salary is $25,000-$40,000 PHP per month
