IT Manager

We are a company based in the US that aims to connect entrepreneurs, entrepreneur support organizations, and investors to grow entrepreneurial businesses. We are looking to hire an IT Manager We are looking to fill one vacancy.

The IT DManager will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Azure and Microsoft 365 installations, Zoho CRM system, and other related technologies. This role will involve providing technical support to current employees, assisting with onboarding new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and ensuring that our technology solutions are optimized for efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, cloud-based infrastructure, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee the management and maintenance of Azure and Microsoft 365 installations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
•Manage the Zoho CRM system, including configuration, customization, user management, and support.
•Collaborate with other departments to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to meet the organization's needs.
•Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
•Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of company data.
•Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and access to resources.
•Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
•Monitor system performance and generate reports on usage, security, and overall system health.
•Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company's IT infrastructure remains competitive and efficient.

Required skills and qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a small to medium-sized organization.
•Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Zoho CRM, with relevant certifications preferred.
•Experience with IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
•Experience in leading a team
•Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
•Familiarity with relevant industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.

Technology Minimum Requirements:
-Dedicated workspace with zero distraction
-Working computer (preferably with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an i3 Intel Core-Processor, or its equivalent) and a back up computer
-Fast, stable internet (minimum dedicated 20mbps-download/upload) and a backup internet connection
-Good headset (preferably with noise canceling feature)
