QUALIFICATIONS:
Mastery of XERO for at least 1 year with full qualifications.
Experience as a high-level Financial Controller for a business or CFO.
Experienced understanding of cashflow and budgets.
Experience with Australian businesses and taxation.
Experience with managing payroll.
MUST have experience in handling Australian accounts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bank reconciliation in XERO for all accounts.
Creating bills, invoices, and generating reports when needed.
Creating a bi-monthly cash flow forecast.
Monthly review of the P&L, balance sheet, and budget planning
Accounts reconciliation.
Onshore and offshore payroll.
Managing commission sheets, holidays, leaves, and bonuses.
Quarterly review on business expenses and recommendations, BAS submission, and payments.
Preparation of books for accountants via EOFY.
Implement improvements in the automation of our financial systems.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: 350 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
