POSITION:
Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Virtual Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on various projects in an innovative environment.
- Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support such as market research, generating reports, as well as maintaining Marketing databases and SOPs
- Scheduling campaigns and promotions on various platforms
- Assist in creating and publishing content such as
- Liaising between internal departments & external vendors
- Miscellaneous tasks during downtime based on your skills and aspirations
QUALIFICATIONS:
We’re looking for a Marketing VA with the following skill sets and experience...
- Previous experience within the e-commerce or marketing fields
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong analytical aptitude and able to distill complex ideas into easy to understand concepts
- Creative & Resourceful; ability to troubleshoot and come up with systems & processes to help level up the team
- Self-Motivated; works great independently and in a team setting
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Some experience with Shopify and HTML/CSS coding is beneficial but not required
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
- Computer with updated antivirus software
- Part-Time availability (20 hours/week)
- Work Hours (9AM-1AM EST)
COMPENSATION:
- 25,000 PHP / month
- Paid major US Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Independence, Labor, and Memorial Day)
