Store/operations Manager for E-commerce Dropshipping Company

For our 7-figure e-commerce/dropshipping company, we are looking for a high-quality store manager / operations manager.

Must be ready to fight with this brand to scale the operations, back ends and product development.

You will be managing customer support team, fulfilment, supply chain and product development.

You must be great at team management, proactive and looking for a long term position to grow with the business.
You are available up to 3-4 hours per day 7 days a week

Must have experience in:
- Shopify ( 2 years min )
- Team management
- customer support
- fulfilment management
- project management
- dropshipping
- Google sheets / Excel
- proactive
- familiar with ecom advertising
- must be able to use project management tools, slack, click up/ monday/ trello
- know how to build SOPS
