COO FOR DROPSHIPPING BUSINESS

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the day-to-day operations of our dropshipping business. As COO, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly, including customer support, quality control, team management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with customer support to ensure all customer disputes are handled efficiently in PayPal, Klarna, and Stripe.
- Conduct quality checks with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and good product quality.
- Monitor and ensure the copywriter, photo editor, content searcher, and media buyer are performing well.
- Ensure Facebook profiles, pages, and ad accounts are healthy, and set up new ones if necessary.
- Verify that the CFO is calculating profits accurately and on a daily basis.
- Address any issues or problems that arise with customers or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Resolve disputes and scale back as needed.
- Organize and report on all aspects of the business.
- Submit daily reports to the CEO
- Develop and implement systems to improve the business's efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Build new stores and warm up Facebook structures for new markets.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in all aspects of running a dropshipping business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of being an action-taker and an initiative person.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Availability to work full-time on this position and have no other jobs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
