Marketing Specialist needed today!

We are looking for an effective Marketing Specialist that is expert in social media and creating marketing contents.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
-Experience in marketing tailored for real estate companies.
-Content creation and scheduling
-Knowledge of current media app trends
-Experience with growing social media pages
-Proficiency in the following social media apps: Instagram (int/Adv), Facebook, YouTube (Int/Adv), TikTok, Twitter (Int/Adv), LinkedIn, and Pinterest
-Experience in cutting, editing, and creating videos for social media
-Familiarity with the following software: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Inshot, and other comparable software
-Experience with producing newsletters for marketing
-Familiarity with newsletter marketing programs such as Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Omnisend, or similar programs


SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (one-hour break)
Pay: **$7-12 /Hr (depending on skills and experience
