Job Overview

We are looking to add another Data Miner to our team, who will provide virtual support to a recruitment company by acquiring data, maintaining database, and providing leads for the company's recruiting team. The ideal person for this position is an organized and motivated individual, with working knowledge on different research tools and techniques.

The successful candidate will be working between 1pm - 5pm British Time (starts at 4 hours but will increase to 6-8 hours depending on performance and business requirements).

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in data mining, data scraping and lead generation
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Airtable, G-Suite, Notion and data mining tools such as DataMiner Scraper
- Familiarity with SEO is a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Trainable and willing to learn new skills and techniques

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize requested data or information and by using a variety of data mining tools
- Reach out to qualified individuals for open positions and direct them to the job site to increase web traffic
- Assist other specialists determine processes for centralizing collected data from numerous databases
- Guide management and executives on how to effectively analyze the available data.
- Other research tasks as required.
