Role:
Client Success Specialist provides positive brand interaction for Proliance clients as their insurance claim goes through the lifecycle. Your job is to earn the client’s trust and “client for life” brand loyalty by proactively updating, informing and getting results for clients and from adjusters during the PA and GC processes.

By clearly communicating the expectations of the claims process with the client - the Client Manager has a major impact on the company’s revenue, velocity and client happiness goals.

Requirements:
Experience as Client Success Specialist Manager/Offer
Strong verbal communication skills (neutral to no accent)
Quickly builds rapport
Smart and quick on their feet
Ability to perform sales, build value, negotiate and close
Ability to make payment collections at proper times
Adaptable to new and existing responsibilities
Solution oriented
Tech savvy as you will be working remotely full time.

How You Will Help the Team:
Accurately record all client interactions, appointments and documents in the CRM
Ensure timely collection of funds from the client through effective communication and scheduling
Schedule insurance adjuster appointments, ensuring efficiencies with calendar and
location management
Clearly communicate the PA and GC process to clients at key milestones in the claim
process, effectively pre-framing expectations and resolving concerns
Obtain and review the insurance scope and check information, scheduling the GC
closing, check collection and sending good faith estimates as applicable
Exercise sound technical judgement in sending denied claims to the
Re-inspection/appraisal, percentage or close out process as appropriate
Stay current on tasks in CRM in order to maintain job velocity, and appropriately task teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to keep process moving smoothly
