We are seeking a FULL TIME and experienced and motivated Virtual Inside Sales Associate to join our real estate brokerage team. This role involves increasing our sales call conversion rates and monitoring the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in a similar call-center role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales calls and provide excellent customer service to potential clients.
Listen to sales calls and evaluate the performance of our sales team, offering guidance and feedback as necessary.
Improve customer experience during phone calls and identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams.
Utilize our in-house CRM system to manage leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients, such as creating and scheduling social media posts and email campaigns.

Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar call-center role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
The ability to switch between multiple tasks while remaining focused under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
