Python Flask Postgres developer

We currently run a network of sites on Ruby On Rails and Postgres.

We want to migrate this to Python and Flask, while maintaining our Postgres database.

There are two of us developers and we need a senior developer with extensive experience in Python and Flask to help teach and plan the Upgrade to see actual info is probably a full time gig for two weeks and then a part time gig for a following two weeks.
