WordPress Developer (WooCommerce Specialist)

Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce websites using WordPress and WooCommerce

- Customize and extend existing WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements

- Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality

- Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices

- Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in WordPress and WooCommerce development

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client websites

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong focus on WooCommerce

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

- Proven experience customizing WordPress plugins

- Familiarity with WordPress theme development and custom post types

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices

- Experience with version control systems, such as Git

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

- Experience with other e-commerce platforms

- Familiarity with popular WordPress page builders, such as Elementor or Divi

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards

- Experience with performance optimization tools, such as Google Lighthouse
