Oh Hello! We are a creative digital marketing agency that helps our clients turn strangers into loyal fans by solving complicated problems through design and creative thinking.

About the job:
We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to join our growing company. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, proactive, computer savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This person should also have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Listen to offline meeting recordings and transcribe those to call notes summary.
- Transcribe the call and translate it into detailed call notes.
- Ensure the accuracy of the transcribed text.
- Understand details of client requirements regarding formatting and notation.
- Complete transcriptions in a timely manner, reviewing grammar, and removing fillers, punctuation, and spelling prior to submission
- Understand the meeting and effectively draw action items
- Correct any errors or inaccuracies in a timely manner
- Assist in creating Figma Design proposals
- Manage and prioritize email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Assist with project coordination, including creating timelines, coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and tracking project progress.
- Manage support tickets/Asana ticketing system.
- Research and analyze data to support decision-making
- Assist in creating and editing presentations, proposals, and reports
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including managing social media content calendar
- Organizes and uploads posts on different social media platforms
- Does basic video editing for TikTok/Reels

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
- Can act with minimal supervision and can think on her feet
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading
- Background in social media management
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and computer skills
- Familiarity with transcription software
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Asana
- Basic video editing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with customer service and support
- Knowledge and experience in Figma Design are an absolute PLUS!
