We are looking for an experienced and competent services office manager who will manage administrative tasks and coordinate closely with our guest services management team.

General description of the job and responsibilities:
HR and Team onboarding/offboarding
New role advertising, application review and interviews scheduling
Team HR folder and system access management
Take ownership of agent onboarding and offboarding duties, including system access management.
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Services and/or Branch Manager.
Training and performance management
LMS upload
Schedule and run the team training sessions
Support Management with external and internal presentations
Performance management Scheduling
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Services and/or Branch Manager.
Schedule and payroll
Upkeep the department schedule
Support department managers with payroll management
Upload payroll data to our payroll software
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Services and/or Branch
Internal and External Forum announcements in our internal system
Department Manual updates
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Services and/or Branch Manager.
Reporting
Update agent performance folders (daily, monthly and quarterly)
Compile report based on data as requested by OAT and GST Management.
MP invoice management
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Services and/or Branch Manager.
Business Process and tools
Manage and upkeep department tools
Oversee the internal and external SOP matrix
Others
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Services and/or Branch Manager.
Schedule:
We are looking to hire someone who can work Mondays to Fridays on a flexible schedule as we operate 24/7. This can be between 2-5 hours per day. The number of hours will vary depending on demand.
Salary:
We can offer a salary between $6 - $8 based on previous experience.
Training
Training will be provided but a self starter with initiative to learn processes is needed, minimal supervision will be provided.
Failure to comply with needed requirements or unsatisfactory performance evaluation may result in ending your contract with the company.
Requirements:
NBI Clearance
Knowledge of English at level B2/C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) levels to be proved by valid documents if required.
1 character reference, needs to be a previous employer who can discuss your previous role and experience.
The Freelancer reports to the Pass The Keys/ Operations and Service Delivery Manager/ Team Leader and to the Company's General Management.
