Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific design requirements for short-term rental properties, including interior and architectural aspects
- Develop and present creative design concepts that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of interior spaces and architectural features
- Select and source appropriate furniture, materials, and decor elements while adhering to budget constraints
- Provide detailed design specifications, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and material lists for both interior and architectural elements
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior and architectural design, specifically for short-term rental properties, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and suppliers in the industry

Payment:
