Clixlo CRM Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing complex software solutions. The CRM Developer will design and implement our Clixlo Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities:
• Develop effective CRM strategies that integrate with the overall business strategy.
• Design and implement custom CRM software solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with CRM systems, resolving technical problems as needed.
• Develop reports to provide critical stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop new strategies for improving customer engagement.
• Provide end-users guidance, training and support on effectively using the CRM system.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Clixlo
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail
