Director of Operations

You will be the Integrator to the CEO/Visionary. The perfect candidate led a high growth Ecommerce startup from 7 to 8 figures or 8 to 9 figures before while being a Senior Operations Manager, Director of Operations, VP Operations or Chief Operating Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive growth, profitability & lead the company to our long-term vision
- Finding, Attracting, Hiring and Retaining Talented Leaders & Experts in all departments
- Remove Visionary from day-to-day operations
- Identify & solve the right bottlenecks
- Create & Implement Systems from scratch
- Eliminate, Simplify, Automate and Delegate across all departments
- Set OKR’s & increase accountability in the entire organization
- Manage and monitor company's performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Lead and manage operations teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain to ensure adequate supply and timely delivery of products.
- Manage and monitor the budget and expenses to ensure financial performance goals are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software and systems to support operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 Years Experience in Operations
- 3-5 Years Experience in E-commerce
- You must be a skilled mentor with the ability to positively influence others and quickly build strong relationships across the organization
- You love to get your hands dirty and get things done
- You are an independent problem solver
- You are results-oriented with exceptionally high-performance standards
- Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and production scheduling.
