Funding Specialist (with sign-on bonus)

About this role:
We are looking for experienced Sales people that can meet sales & company goals.
Duties will also include the presentation of programs and negotiating contracts with potential Upgrade to see actual info order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

• Full-time position
• Remote work
• Can work from 12 PM to 9 PM EST
• Basic Pay plus Commission
• Weekly Payroll

Job Requirements:
• Experience in Sales/Mortgage is a MUST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work under pressure
• Advantage if you have sales experience in real estate, mortgage, and/or commercial lending.


Must have the following;
• Own a PC or laptop with a webcam (at least Core i3 and up)
• Noise-canceling headset
• Stable internet connection
• Skype account
