Jr Full Stack Developer

We are looking to grow our team with a Jr Full Stack Developer.

The Jr Full Stack Developer contributes to the development of custom software systems for our customers in industries that include Law, Accounting, and Transportation.

Responsibilities:
Program at all levels of full stack environment with the ability to design components carefully, properly handle errors, write clean and well-factored code with good tests and good maintainability.

Responsibilities include:
• Design and develop modularize services within a cloud base architecture.
• Focusing on customer/partner needs through a data driven approach
• Working in agile development practices such as Kanban, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, to drive incremental results
• Collaborating effectively across N8Development teams, partners, and customers in a proactive customer driven environment

Development Skills
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL for creating server-side and client-side code.
• Web Development: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating web pages and user interfaces.
• Front-end Design: Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces using design tools like Photoshop or Sketch, implementing responsive design principles, and having an eye for visual design and user experience.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity Upgrade to see actual info MVC, Angular, and other relevant frameworks and libraries for server-side and client-side development.
• Databases: Good understanding of database design, data modeling, and SQL to work with relational databases such as SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure for creating and deploying web applications in the cloud.
• DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous deployment to automate the deployment process and ensure the quality of the code.
• Testing: Good understanding of testing techniques such as unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of the code. Ability to create unit tests, and automation testing is desirable but not required.
• Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git to manage the codebase.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve technical issues.
• Communication: Good communication skills to work collaboratively with the team and to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to Work with Less Supervision: Self-motivation, ability to work independently, time management skills to meet project deadlines, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding solutions to problems on your own.

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional development experience in designing, coding, and debugging in front end code (C#, .NET)
• BS degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent years of experience
• Experience using version control (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub) in a team setting.
• Passion for continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications:
• Design and develop modularize services using Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Passionate about building beautiful and functional user experiences
• RESTful API design & implementation
• Written & verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
