Technical Writer + Chat Support

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer who is also proficient in customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality "How To" documents and tutorials for our software, as well as providing customer support via realtime chat during their working hours. This position requires excellent written and spoken English skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create clear and concise "How To" documents and tutorials for our software, with detailed instructions and accompanying screenshots.
2. Publish content on our Wordpress-based website, ensuring it is optimized for search engine visibility.
3. Provide customer service via realtime chat (Crisp) during working hours, addressing sales and support-related inquiries.
4. Collaborate with the team to identify and address any knowledge gaps in our existing FAQs and tutorials.
5. Continuously improve your understanding of our software and industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
2. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail in writing and proofreading.
3. Maintain a consistent work schedule, with reliable internet, power, and a distraction-free work environment.
4. Proficient in taking screenshots, and editing them if needed.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Include "EWTW" at the end of the subject line of your application email.

- Previous experience in the conferences/events or digital signage industries.
- Basic understanding of social networks and how people use them.

Employment Details:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Salary range: $800 - $1000 USD per month, depending on experience.
