Chief Technical Officer / Lead Developer

We are seeking a CTO or Lead Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead the technical development of our new cloud-based SAAS project. The ideal candidate must be an experienced technology leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role
- Highly knowledgeable in data analytics and structured and unstructured data management
- Experience with React.js and PHP/node.js for frontend and backend development, respectively
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure for database solutions
- Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technical vision for the project
- Lead the development of the frontend and backend of the platform
- Work closely with the product team to ensure the platforUpgrade to see actual infoets the business requirements
- Hire and manage a team of software developers, data engineers, and other technical professionals
- Implement best practices for software development and project management
- Use data analytics to drive key business decisions and optimize the platform's performance
