Dekstop Application Developer

We need a C# or dot NET developer for developing a dekstop application on Windows platform. The app will have login based Upgrade to see actual info will show user a tabular paginated list of different jobs. The user can view detail of the job and can sync the job files [pdfs+docs] to his local computer. The job data is available on a mysql db cloud which the app need to be connected.

All user data will also be pulled from a mySQL db on cloud.

The app sould be able to keep track of jobs synced by any user. That mean every user should be able to see what jobs he synced and what he has not.

If a user un-sync a job, the job data is deleed from the local drive.
