Technical Designer (USA)

MUSK Construction is a home improvement and construction company providing high quality end-to-end residential renovation services in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley) in California, USA. Our company has been operating on the market for more than 7 years.
We provide our customers with turnkey repair solutions. We have an official license as a general contractor in the USA. Furthermore, we often do projects for employees of Tesla, Apple, Facebook, Netflix and other large companies. We have standardized production processes and introduced a convenient task accounting system.

Requirements:
- Fluent English C1-C2. PLEASE, SEND YOUR VIDEO RECORD CV (30 seconds) IN ENGLISH as well attached to the email! We're considering C1-C2 English speaking candidates only!
- Willingness to work in the California time zone 9:00—18:00.
- Good knowledge of the office programs package: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ZOOM etc.
- High level of self-organization and independence.

Responsibilities:
- Select with the client the necessary design and materials within our range
- Make 3D visualization of the kitchen or bathroom project
- Drawing up a layout for permits filing
- Filling out online forms and obtaining works permits from the city

Pay Structure:

Salary up to $1,800 (Base Pay $800 + Bonuses up to $1,000)

Payments are made 2 times a month by bank transfer, without delay.
