WordPress Developer

Continuud seeks a WordPress Developer with experience in developing and maintaining websites using the Gravity Forms, Gravity View, and MemberPress plugins. The successful candidate will understand web development principles, technology platforms, database structures, and design/development practices and have a creative eye for user interface (UI) design.

The WordPress Developer should be able to combine technical expertise with creativity to create attractive and user-friendly websites. This individual should also be able to work with a team of developers, designers, and marketing professionals to ensure the successful launch of projects.

This project-based role supports the development and ongoing maintenance of a new SaaS product developed as a WordPress website.

Responsibilities:
• Developing new WordPress websites using the Gravity Forms, Gravity View, and MemberPress plugins
• Maintaining existing sites built with those plugins
• Creating custom coding solutions to meet website needs
• Advising on best practices and current web trends
• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and responsive design
• Troubleshooting technical issues when they arise
• Staying up to date on the latest technologies, trends, and techniques in WordPress development

Requirements:
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Understanding of the Gravity Forms and Gravity View plugins
• Ability to write clean, efficient code
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a team
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred but not required
