Customer Success Specialist

Vectorworks Media is looking for a Client Success Specialist to be able to communicate and interact with clients at a high level.

The ideal candidate must be able to interact with high-level clients in an articulate, courteous, responsive, and very timely manner. They must have an ownership mentality, with active participation in the programs and respect to clients at all times.

Responsibilities:

??Maintain up-to-date shared files for clients
??Handle various client interactions
ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings - be present and on camera to assist with comments and interactions
Handle client emails
Handle client questions/interactions via support chat and in social media groups
??Handle Facebook and website groups, including creating events and organizing guides

Training Schedule:
Monday, 8:30 am Pacific Time (California, USA Time)
Wednesday, 8:30 am Pacific Time (California, USA Time)
Thursday, 10:00 am - 3 pm Pacific Time (California, USA Time)

These are 1:1 Coaching Calls, some on zoom, some on audio lines only. Specialist must be present to take notes and confirm action items and then follow up

Onboarding training is provided with detailed descriptions of program levels and clients

Desired Hourly Rate: $6 to $8 per hour
Location Preference: Philippines
Hours Per week: 20 hours, will be promoted to full-time based on performance within 2-3 months
Specific Hours: Varying schedule over the week, but all fall between 8am-4pm Pacific Time
Weekends Needed?: No
