Outgoing Website Developer/ Customer Support

Hello,
I am currently seeking a VA in SEO, Wp Development, and simple tasks like taking orders and updating orders for customer support. I am interested in what you have to offer and would like to hire you on my team. I will be starting the interview process for this job. But before I consider and set up a meeting, I would like a few things from you.
Could you be so kind and send me two things; 1 Video or voice recording of your skills and past experience? This should be simple, basically what you have on your resume. 2. A date you are available next week for an interview between 6 AM - 7 AM or 4;30 PM - 7 PM CST?
