Associate Creative Strategist

We are a US-based marketing agency looking to add an Associate Creative Strategist to our team. This role will start part-time and progress to full-time as we grow. You will be working alongside our full-time creative strategist.

Our team is mostly in the Philippines, with a few of us being in the USA as well. We offer a great work environment, competitive pay, and flexible working hours.

The person in this role would be responsible for coming up with new ad ideas for our graphic designers. We are looking for someone with experience coming up with new ad ideas for a marketing agency, specifically for Paid Social platforms.

Your daily tasks would include:
- Reviewing top-performing creative assets in our client ad libraries
- Reviewing client competitor ads
- Coming up with new ideas for client ads based on research and what's working well in account
- Creating briefs for the design team, including mockups or examples
- Reviewing new design assets and asking design team to make adjustments

Prior experience is absolutely required for this position.
