ESL instructor

We are looking for part-time ESL instructors from April who can transition to full-time work in May.

The salary of part-time workers who render 4 hours of teaching and non-teaching hours will depend on the interview assessment and it be a fixed monthly rate. Then, a salary increase will be provided once the position transitions to full-time. After three months, the salary will again be increased depending on the employee's performance.

Hours are not fixed and will also depend on the learners' schedule and the instructors' Upgrade to see actual info experience is necessary as the month of April will be dedicated to Upgrade to see actual infoernal training will be guided by the Director of Studies.

Students will mostly be Japanese kids who learn general English and Exam preparation courses. We also have students from international schools who need assistance with their language development and homework.

All applicants are required to have at least a 20 Mbps internet speed and a quiet working space.

The interview is a 3-step process:
1. Initial interview
2. Task interview
3. Final interview with a panel
