About the role:
- You will be in collaboration and reporting directly to the present and operations manager
- You must have the initiative and experience to do work for the CEO with creativity and very minimal supervision.
- Every week you will be receiving visual content to be published on multiple platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube shorts
- You will be writing skincare related copy for 15-20 posts a month for social media posts that is up-to-date on the current skincare trends and sales oriented
-You will also be engaging in comments with our customers and related business, content creators, bloggers, and future customers on these platforms
-You will manage the SEO for our website by evaluating our current situation and independently proposing ways to improve our SEO presence, and executing the plan for SEO after approval by our team

- The candidate must have the following skills:
-----> 5+ years experience in SM campaign management and optimisation / retargeting strategies and analytics
-----> Expert English proficiency close to Native English speaker level
-----> Experience working with Instagram, Facebook, Google ads, Woocommerce, Pinterest, Youtube, Asana, and Slack
-----> You have a strong portfolio that reflects a foundation of awareness of current skincare/beauty trends, copywriting skills (retail), and how they translate to digital medium
-----> 5+ years experience completing SEO for small to mid sized companies in retail
