Job Title: Inbound and Outbound Telemarketer - Computer Recycling Services

We are a growing computer recycling company that provides reliable and eco-friendly solutions for businesses and individuals. We are looking for a talented and motivated Inbound and Outbound Telemarketer to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and educate them on our computer recycling services.
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients and provide them with information about our services.
Provide quotes to clients and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions with Upgrade to see actual infoet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate our services to clients.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Inbound and Outbound Telemarketer or similar role.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a Upgrade to see actual infofortable with making cold calls and speaking with clients on the phone.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and web application proficiency.
