Outbound Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking outbound sales specialists to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating and closing sales for our products and services. You will be part of a team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services.
Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns about our products and services.
Building rapport and maintaining relationships with customers to increase the likelihood of repeat Upgrade to see actual infoeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Documenting customer information and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Working collaboratively with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication Upgrade to see actual infofortable making cold calls and handling objections from prospective customers.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
