As our Rockstar SDR, you'll be responsible for contacting potential customers, scheduling and confirming appointments between enrollment coaches and prospective clients, and ensuring that the sales team's calendar is fully booked.

Are you the ideal candidate? You must be:
- A top producer of appointments, taking charge as our main SDR.
- Experienced in appointment setting for major coaching/consulting companies.
- Sharp, assertive, professional, hungry, and committed.

Requirements:
- 30 hours a week availability, working from home.
- Exceptional follow-up and attention to detail.
- Fast, reliable internet connection.
- Up-to-date computer or laptop.
- Proficient in Zoom (for interviews & teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings).
- Good quality microphone.
- Punctual, reliable, and always available to respond quickly.
- Ideal if you’ve worked with big coaching/consulting companies in the past and had appointment setter experience.

This is not a job selling someone's new fangled program online. You will be working with a legitimate coaching business that is already producing amazing results for their clients.

This isn't for the faint-hearted, wannabe closer, or amateur salesperson though. You just won't last long coming up against some smart business owners.

What does our hiring process look like?
