JOB OVERVIEW

The Account Specialist is a critical role of our team and is responsible for supporting the Direct of Sales & Marketing and overseeing prospect Upgrade to see actual info will be the responsibility of the Account Specialist to help the Property Manager in coordinating, directing, and planning everyday business operations. As the Property Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day communications with existing tenants and clients and work to build relationships with our clients.?

Location: Remote

Time Requirement: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

Operational Responsibilities
*Take full operational responsibility for assigned portfolio.
*Embody core values and foster a family environment amongst coworkers.
*Manage all new business development and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to introducing new revenue streams.
*Oversee marketing and leasing operations to maximize occupancy levels.

*Plan, coordinate, and oversee tenant arrival, departure, and turnover.
*To perform local market research and report back on suggested improvements.
*To monitor real estate performance against agreed criteria and adhere to weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
*Manage and coordinate all outgoing mail and courier shipments, if applicable.
*Document all tenant communication in the management program.
*To consult regularly and provide information to tenants and other key stakeholders on building contracts or refurbishment programs.
*To review tenancy documentation for accuracy.
*To oversee a first-class customer experience, ensuring that all enquiries, correspondence, or complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively.
*To monitor and regularly review the performance of staff teams, helping them to constantly improve performance
*Maintain maximum occupancy rates for our clients and an accurate account for property occupancy rates,
*Perform other tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Human Resources Responsibilities
*Participate in the selection and training of new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Financial Responsibilities
*Receive mail and collate invoices into weekly and monthly payment runs.
*Prepare cheques for signature and record payments in management software.
*To take prompt action to recover rent arrears or other payments, taking legal action where necessary.
*Prepare and apply for tenant evictions via the Landlord and Tenant Board, as required.
*To ensure that all invoices are processed in good time, using correct expense categories.
*To serve notices of rent (or other) changes on time.
