eCommerce Graphic Design and Logo Manager - Flexible Hours

I am looking for a creative logo and graphic designer for full-time work. Pay 250 USD per month for full-time work, 35 hours per week. Guaranteed work for at least 6 months. Hours are very flexible. Must work a minimum of 30 minutes per day but must work a total of 35 hours per week. Must not have a second job. I am hoping to keep the employee on indefinitely for 3+ Upgrade to see actual infocrease in pay after 6 months.

I am very focused on moving fast and efficiently. I am looking for someone who learns quickly with minimal direction. They must take a lot of action and continually work to improve themselves.

This position requires someone with strong experience in graphic design and logo making.

Some of the tasks you will be doing:

E-commerce store management
Company branding and Identity
Graphic/logo/video design
Research and trends
Tasks related to managing a store/website and company brand

Requirements:

Must have a good computer for drawing and handle multitasking
Must have good website management skills
Must use the Google Chrome web browser.
Must have experience using tools such as Google Drive, sheet, document, tag manager, merchant center, search console, etc
Must be able to read, and analyze market and research data
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form
Must have good written English - good writing and grammar skills
No training is provided to the accepted candidate

Prefer:

Experience with e-commerce, branding, graphic design, and logo is preferred.
