Experienced VA Wanted

I'm looking for detailed oriented self-starter for a VA position. The role will likely evolve over time, but these are some of the immediate tasks I need help with:

People coordinator (event-based)
- follow-up with guests and speakers by email and WhatsApp/Telegram to ensure they register/RSVP, book their hotels, get their t-shirt sizes, food preferences, etc

Appointment setting (ongoing)
- followup and set appointments, basically making sure we are connecting with new business contacts and finding opportunities to work together
- finding podcast opportunities (as podcast guests, or inviting people to speak for interviews/events)

Admin and customer support
- writing email reminders (eg on Aweber) to our list
- updating the website by embedding videos and creating a brief summary based on the transcript
- compiling information into documents on Canva/Google docs/Google sheets
- some social media posting via our scheduler

We have a training/course-based business, and people with marketing/copywriting experience may have the opportunity to learn and apply these principles.
