JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Lead Generation/Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of success in generating leads and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects
Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new business opportunities
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities, including tracking leads, conversions, and pipeline development
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and business development
Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
