Dictation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dictation Specialist to join our growing team. The Dictation Specialist will be responsible for listening to recorded calls, accurately transcribing the conversations, and summarizing key information from interviews with clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and strong English grammar understanding. The ability to quickly and accurately identify important information and summarize it effectively is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

Listen to recorded calls and accurately transcribe the conversations in a timely manner
Identify and summarize key information discussed during client interviews, filtering out irrelevant details
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transcriptions and summaries
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure consistency and quality in transcriptions and summaries
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Continuously improve transcription and summarization skills to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:

Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
Strong deductive skills and ability to identify important information quickly
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in transcription, summarization, or a related field is a plus
Compensation:

The base pay for this position is $5 per hour of recorded time transcribed and summarized. We are offering a higher per hour rate for very experienced and skilled candidates who demonstrate exceptional ability in this role.
