HELLO! I am in need of a highly organized, well-rounded Executive Assistant with analytical skills and spatial design awareness to help generate kitchen remodeling quotes. Will fully train qualified candidates.

If you have a positive attitude and are highly capable, then you’ll do very well with us.

With training, you will handle a variety of remote tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work hours are overnight Philippine-time, currently 9:00 pm to 5:00 am PhST (my local business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, in Orlando, Florida)
• Laying out the measurements and components of a new kitchen (with training)
• Calling and emailing requests for vendor quotes
• Voice and non-voice customer service
Email management
• Strong bookkeeping experience would be a an asset
• Additional administrative tasks as they arise

YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years of similar overnight experience working remotely
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands

• Excellent English communication skills

- Must be able to work graveyard shift or at least partial graveyard shift, since I am in Orlando, Florida and the time difference is currently 12 hours difference in March/April 2023.
- Please outline any additional notable skills that you may possess. For example, possibly in the areas of voice customer service, project management, graphic design, direct marketing, lead generation, web support, e-commerce, other web platforms you are experienced with, etc.
- Compensation is minimum Php 35,000/mth to start or more depending on your qualifications, plus monthly performance bonus based on productivity, communication, responsiveness, accuracy of completed tasks, task completion time, attendance and punctuality.
- Productivity and work hours will be tracked by Upgrade to see actual info.
- You will invoice me every 2 weeks.
- Ideally, you are also a critical thinker and I can count on you to point out things that might require my attention and/or suggest proactive improvements in my processes.
