Web Project Manager

Our Digital Marketing Company is looking for a Web Project Manager, this person oversees the development of web projects from the inception stage to the deployment. They collaborate with stakeholders on the scope of web-based projects, lead teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the development of web products, and help drive the processes toward quality-centric methodologies. They will also test websites and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues.

Responsibilities:
• Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the project/website according to client and company standards
• Identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; may include general function, the validity of results, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards
• Developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces and performing SEO procedures
• Integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plugins
• Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the project
• When a project does not perform within specifications, report defects and changes to developers, identify and recommend solutions, improvements, and updates needed on time
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
• Performs other duties as assigned


Required Skills:
• 2 plus years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Quality Assurance in Web Development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar
• Must be available 40 hours/week exclusively in EST
• Great Spoken & written English skills
• Experience with a variety of testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, and other
• Experience using Javascript, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
• Experience using Elementor and/or Beaver Builder
• Experience using Laravel
• Architecture and aesthetics — understand element arrangements, color, and font choices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, managers, and customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
