JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Agency Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring project success, and fostering long-term client relationships. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in agency account management and a strong knowledge of processes and building systems. Perfect English communication skills and fluency in spoken English are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage Shopify development projects, from inception to completion, including project scope, timeline, and budget.
-Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed and updated on project status and progress.
-Identify opportunities for client upsells, based on an understanding of their business needs and goals.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction with our services.
-Collaborate with our development team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
-Help improve our project management and communication processes, including creating and updating client documentation.
-Participate in client calls, webinars, and meetings to discuss project updates and gather feedback.


Requirements:

-At least 3 years of experience in agency account management, preferably in Shopify development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with perfect English and fluency in spoken English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with client upselling and the ability to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Experience building and implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of Shopify development, including the development process, apps, and integrations.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
