Marketing Assistant

Looking for an awesome VA to assist a marketing specialist who focuses on creating better client experiences through the implementation of seamless and efficient marketing CRM systems.

There are 2 key areas of experience for this role:

ONE: LinkedIn Marketing Strategy and implementation
If you have proven experience in a marketing support role especially with the LinkedIn Platform to create posts, lead generation and optimising the profile and connections, please apply.

There is the potential to expand into other social platforms like Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram and You-tube as the business grows.

TWO: Sales Funnel experience
Your knowledge of Sales Funnels and a logical approach setting up funnels, testing and implementing the funnel strategy is a key advantage for these tasks.

This role will also involve helping out with adding items to my membership/course platform and updating the blog.

The digital assets commonly used in the business are:
Hubspot, Mailchimp, Keap, Customerhub, Canva, Slack, PCloud and Zoom.

The ideal candidate has attention to written & graphical details, high quality of work, organised, process orientated, creative, enjoy working with different medias, reliable and efficient.

Some training and coaching is provided and weekly meetings are part of the culture to connect and work as a team for the outcome of tasks.
