JOB OVERVIEW

Consolidated Insurance Brokers ( Upgrade to see actual info ) is looking to hire an extremely intelligent and highly efficent person who can learn how to be our home, contents and car quoting wizard and within in a year be trained to be a Subject Matter Expert on this key task! We want you to help us quote insurance so our Account Managers can win business! Overtime you might be able to assist in this sales process as well.

We’re looking for a smart, happy, efficient person, with proficient written and spoken english skills who learns quickly while having excellent attention to detail to come and work full time with our insurance brokerage. We have amazing happy staff who you will work alongside to learn and master this role.

This is our list of tasks, that we will train the successful applicant in:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Domestic Insurance
• Read and comprehend existing domestic policies or instructions from Account Managers to obtain information to quote
• Where information is lacking, reach out directly to clients to obtain further details
• Use this information to complete a building replacement value calculator
• Once complete, use all available information to quote domestic policies with our full panel of insurers
• Translate this information into our letter templates explaining the outcomes of the quoting process
• Check all necessary documents (e.g. Invoice, Policy Wording) are attached and correct
• Ensure letters are completed to a high standard of Microsoft Office Formatting in line with CIB guidelines, and all invoices are appropriately re-named


Working Conditions:
You will work from home (and have an awesome fast and reliant internet connection with mobile data backup) and will need a computer with 2 screens to manage the workflow. You will join into a daily Webinar / Video Calling sessions with our Australian staff who will train and coach you. You will be in this video calling session daily until you are proficient in your tasks (on average 6 months).


Systems and Processes:
CIB uses a range of different systems and infrastructure to provide our services to clients, including but not limited to:
1. Insight (client and document management system)
2. Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote etc)
3. Clickup (workflow management system)


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 9/10 English communication skills or better. We need you to have exemplary attention to detail and accuracy skills in the English language.
• High Level Understanding of formatting inside Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. (we will test you for this both in a written test and a second job interview)
• Follow existing set format rules (for example: tables, borders and shading, font, line spacing, bullets, and lists, etc)
• Fix formatting errors.
• Basic financial math literacy. You need to be able to do basic math with percentages.
• Very good writing skills.
• Very good eye for detail.
• Fast home internet connection with mobile data backup.


WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU?
• Above average industry standard compensation basic monthly salary PHP 40,000-45,000 to begin with depending on personal qualities. Our subject matter experts earn over PHP 60,000 per month.
• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Monthly Performance-based bonus of up to PHP 5,000
• We will credit you up to PHP 2,000 per month for HMO.
• 13th month (basic monthly pay in December)

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS?
Step 1:

Step 2:
• We will send you a written test which consists of a Microsoft Word formatting test, a comprehension and writing test and a basic financial maths literacy test.

Step 3:
• If you pass our test we will organise a Microsoft Teams Job Interview.

Step 4:
• If you pass our Job Interview, we will get you to complete another Microsoft Word formatting test, sharing your screen with us in a video chat to show how proficient you are at Microsoft Word formatting - things such as document margins, line spacing, borders, hex codes, highlighting, superscript, page break, replace, bullets, indentation, do not break row and outline formatting.

Step 5:
• We’ll offer a job if you pass the screen sharing formatting test.
