Docking Drawer, the market leader in in-drawer electrical outlets, seeks a dedicated and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Engager & Community Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our NYC marketing agency and creative teams. You'll play a key role in our digital marketing efforts in the Philippines by growing and nurturing our TikTok trends and communities.

About You:

You're an excellent communicator, open to learning, and eager to make a positive impact. You're coachable, have a strong work ethic, and seek a long-term working relationship where we can grow together. You have a thorough understanding of the latest social media trends and techniques, as well as excellent time management skills. Experience TikTok is essential, as is the ability to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and ensure the smooth running of our online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow TikTok community
Manage day-to-day community tasks, tracking and monitoring progress
You'll need a computer with a working headset and camera for Zoom video meetings, and you should be proficient in using Slack and ClickUp for communication and project management. Knowledge of software for managing online postings on different platforms is also essential.

About the Job:

Direct hire, not an agency
Availability between 6 to 10 am PST
Minimum of 20 hours per week
Payment:

Hourly employees paid every Monday via Wise
