At BoatBuddy, our mission is to empower individuals and small groups to experience the freedom and joy of boating. We do this by offering affordable and accessible boat rentals through our online platform, while also connecting our customers with a community of like-minded boaters and experienced captains.

This position is FULLY REMOTE. We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies but also has a passion for driving results. The ideal candidate should have high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. Success in this multifaceted role will require a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website
- Create visually compelling content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and GIFs
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with our graphic design team to create marketing materials that align with our brand
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools, and incorporate them into our marketing strategy
- Ensure the marketing team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on social media
- Experience using Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies and paid ad campaigns
- Experience with TikTok
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong design skills with the ability to create visually compelling content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Office, and Google products functionality
- Strong functionality with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Strong computer & software skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
